Return Policy

At Everr Home, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our home & baby-category products. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the terms set out below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received your item (or other timeframe you choose).

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unopened (if applicable) and unused.

    • In the same condition as when you received it, including packaging, tags, labels, accessories.

    • With proof of purchase (order number, receipt or invoice).

  • Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include:

    • Products where the seal/package is opened (if hygiene-sensitive, e.g., baby skin products).

    • Consumables or perishable goods once opened or used.

    • Customised items or made-to-order products (if you have such).

    • Items purchased on deep discount, clearance or “final-sale” status (if your business uses this).

  • If the product is defective, damaged or incorrect when delivered, you may still request return/exchange regardless of usage (see Section 4).

How to Request a Return or Exchange

    Provide your order number, date of purchase, name, and a brief description of the reason for return/exchange.

  • We will respond within [typically 2-3 business days] with instructions on how to send the item back (return shipping address, label, packaging instructions).

  • Returns should be sent in their original packaging (or securely packed) to the return address we provide.

  • You must pay for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product). We recommend you retain proof of shipping/tracking.

Defective, Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you believe your item arrived defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, you must notify Everr Home within [7 days] of delivery.

    • Packaging and shipping label (where possible).

  • Once confirmed, we will arrange one of the following (at our discretion):

  • We may request that you return the defective/incorrect item before issuing a refund or replacement. We will cover the shipping cost (pre-paid return label) in such cases.

Refunds & Exchange Processing

  • Items returned not in their original condition, missing parts, or damaged due to your misuse may not be eligible for full refund, you may receive partial credit or no refund.

  • Items returned outside the specified timeframe or without our prior authorization may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

International Orders (if applicable)

  • If we ship internationally, please note that import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges are your responsibility. These are non-refundable by Everr Home.

  • If returning from abroad, you must comply with the return instructions and cover international return shipping unless we agree otherwise.

  • Refunds may be made in the local currency after converting and may be subject to exchange-rate fluctuations.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet:

    • Check your bank account.

    • Contact your credit card or payment provider; it sometimes takes time to post.
